OUR HISTORY

Bulli Surf Life Saving Club was formed in 1913 when a group of local citizens saw the need for the beach to be patrolled by qualified lifesavers. Since these humble beginnings, the proud tradition of Bulli Surf Life Saving Club has continued on, boasting a proud record of “No Lives Lost” whilst on patrol duty. Friendship & the traditions of “vigilance & service” are the underpinning values of our surf club, coupled with those of community service and strong family participation. Supporting the lifesaving objectives of the club through the years have been dedicated teams of patrolling lifesavers, club administrators, managers, helpers, coaches, trainers and assessors.
