Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Bulli Surf Life Saving Club Inc.will be held in the upstairs Club Rooms on Sunday, 14 August 2022 commencing at 3.00pm.

2. Confirm and adopt the minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting

3. Business arising from those minutes

4. Presentation of 2021-22 Annual Report and Financial Statement

5. Election of Board of Directors for Season 2022-23

6. Election of Club Officers for Season 2022-23

7. Motion to renew affiliation with SLSNSW and SLSI

8. Urgent and/or tabled General Business

The Annual General Meeting will be preceded by a Junior Activities Committee(Nippers) Election meeting. 

Immediately preceding the Nippers Election Meeting will be a Special General Meeting where a resolution to change the Club Constitution and by-laws will be moved.  Full details of the proposed changes to follow.
